We are streaming our broadcast from New Jersey, USA
2 Computers
1 Video server (provides video files, and video output)
1 Streaming server (provides the actual encoding, and relaying to server farm)
One other PC is used to monitor the stream.

Update April 5, 2006
I am working on a possible 2nd stream. It might have many different christian movies running on it. I might have to stop serving "Jesus of Nazareth, because of possible copyright problems.
